Roast-beef-on-the-grill

PNW on the Grill

  • Organic mixed green salad with, radish, carrot, pickled onion, feta,  hazelnuts & a housemade dressing of your choice (local honey-Dijon, creamy cilantro-lime, balsamic vinaigrette, ranch, classic Italian, green goddess)
  • Housemade roasted garlic & rosemary focaccia with a side dish of chopped tomato, basil, garlic olive oil & balsamic vinegar 
  • Dry-rubbed tri tip beef slow-cooked, reverse seared, served medium rare with deglazed pan jus OR Barbecued Chicken with housemade sauce
  • Crispy baby potatoes with garlic olive oil & fresh herbs
  • Roasted rainbow carrots & green bean or asparagus with a balsamic glaze, shallots & garlic infused olive oil OR seasonal vegetable skewers 
  • Blackberry-Nectarine Crisp

Italian Inspired

  • Crostini Duet 1) Bruschetta with heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, & fresh mozzarella and, 2) Housemade olive tapenade & goat cheese
  • Classic Caesar style salad with Housemade dressing, parmigiana & garlic crostini  OR Caprese Salad with heirloom tomatoes, buratta cheese & fresh basil
  • Fettuccine in a creamy tomato, fresh basil &  pancetta sauce tossed with an organic, seasonal roasted vegetable with oregano & garlic-infused olive oil OR housemade lasagna 
  • Chicken breast pounded thin, dredged in flour and pan fried, finished with a lemon butter reduction OR a brown butter sage sauce

The Classic

  • Organic Green salad with mandolined radish, carrot, pickled red onion, roasted hazelnuts & feta with Housemade local honey-Dijon dressing 
  • Slow cooked bone-in chicken thighs with lemon, butter, garlic & oregano, tender & juicy with crispy skin  OR

Todos Santos Tacos

  • Skirt Steak marinated in our housemade Carne Asada sauce, grilled & sliced thin
  • Chicken thighs simmered in onion, cilantro and spices, shredded  and taco ready!
  • Slow cooked pinto beans served with rice
  • Seasonal salsa bar: Choose from: Pineapple salsa, Pico de Gallo, Roasted Tomato, Spicy habanero salsa, Salsa Verde, Mango salsa, Chipotle salsa
