Ginkgo Catering sources our produce & proteins from Groundwork Organics, Newman’s Fish Market & Long’s Meat Market, as well as other local Oregon farms & food purveyors.  All of our cuisine is prepared with either olive oil, avocado oil or and/or butter.  We strive to keep flavors alive with each season while supporting our local community and highlighting the bounty & flavors of the Pacific Northwest.
